Meet Daniel Zarchy
Daniel Zarchy is a California-licensed litigator focusing on real estate and business disputes. His practice centers on representing individuals and businesses in contested matters involving significant financial exposure, contractual complexity, and disputes over ownership or control.
Over the course of his career, Daniel has litigated a wide range of matters, including partnership and LLC disputes, construction and mechanics’ lien litigation, contract claims, and post-judgment and appellate proceedings. His approach to litigation emphasizes early case evaluation, strategic positioning, and efficient case management. Clients work closely with him to assess risk and develop a clear plan of action—whether that involves pursuing an aggressive litigation strategy or working toward a practical resolution.
In recognition of his work, he has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2017 (excluding a year of public service when he was ineligible) and holds an AV Preeminent® designation from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest peer rating for legal ability, communication, and ethical standards.
Daniel is also active in the local legal and philanthropic community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Lawyers Club of San Diego.
