About Daniel Zarchy

Daniel Zarchy is a California-licensed litigator focusing on real estate and business disputes. His practice centers on representing individuals and businesses in contested matters involving significant financial exposure, contractual complexity, and disputed ownership or control issues.

Daniel has spent his career litigating a wide range of matters, including partnership and LLC disputes, construction and mechanics’ lien litigation, contract claims, and post-judgment and appellate-related proceedings.

Daniel approaches litigation with an emphasis on early evaluation, strategic positioning, and efficient case management. He works with clients to assess risk and work collaboratively on a plan of action, whether it means being aggressive or working toward a mutually beneficial resolution.

Daniel has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2017 – except his year in public service when he was ineligible for the award – and holds an “AV Preeminent” designation from Martindale-Hubbell for his legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards, based on peer reviews.

Daniel is an active member of the local philanthropic and legal community. Daniel is on the Board of Directors for the Lawyers Club of San Diego. He is also a member of ProVisors, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court, and is a founding member of the San Diego Guys for Good giving circle.
